87f132a684 Add customizer support for OpenSCAD 
This also includes sending metadata and part of the concatenated gzip,
not in the s3 metadata as that has a 2kb limit.

Resolves #320

644ef8d189 EdgeSplit not flushing out old geometry 
Mostly effecting CQ, changing the script and updating leaves a ghost of
the old geometry in the viewer
