armcm_link: Fix build on recent arm gcc/newlibc versions

It seems recent arm gcc versions no longer build correctly using the
"--specs=nano.specs --specs=nosys.specs" linker flags.  Replace those
linker flags with "-nostdlib -lgcc -lc_nano".
