Linux Distribution

Bullseye

What happened

As background: When I first built this image (for RaspPi 4, v 1.5) and used KIAUH to do it, I did not install Crowsnest. Then, about a week later, I installed Crowsnest via KIAUH. But the webcam feature never worked for my (old) camera.

Unsure if it was a camera problem or a Crowsnest problem, I tried to update Crowsnest via KIAUH. But the update failed. KIAUH says that it couldn't restart the Crowsnest process. (See screen shot.)

The current issue: So I used KIAUH to Remove Crowsnest. And after reboot, to Install Crowsnest.

This next part is probably not a KIAUH issue, per se. The install fails when KIAUH tries to download a third party package. (See terrible cutoff screenshot.)

Okay. But despite the failed install, when I relaunch KIAUH, it says that Crowsnest is installed. (Screenshot.) However, I do not see a crowsnest entry in the moonraker.conf file.

kiauh 1
kiauh 2
kiauh 3

What did you expect to happen

If not all the files download, then I expect that KIAUH will not report Crowsnest as "Installed."

How to reproduce

Use KIAUH to Remove Crowsnest
After KIAUH says that Crowsnest is Removed, check to see if the crowsnest update section is in the moonraker.conf. If yes, remove it.
Reboot.
Use KIAUH to Install Crowsnest.

Additional information

Not a Linux guy. (That's why I used KIAUH.) I will make copies of my configs on an SD card and redo the entire KIAUH install clean in the hope that a first time install of Crowsnest will complete. (Although if the third party files still can't be downloaded, then I expect that Crowsnest still will not work.)

FWIW, I started over and reinstalled everything using KIAUH again. Apparently the Internet in the USA was under attack yesterday. But the attack stopped later at night and KIAUH was able to download all the needed files at speed, without problem.
