I can reproduce that issue. It's not a KIAUH bug, it's their own install script (KIAUH just executes their official install script currently) that bugs out on several occasions. So it seems like there is currently no way of installing it since their installer is broken. If you want to get it fixed asap, file a bug report here: https://github.com/nlef/moonraker-telegram-bot

Im not going to fix anything on the KIAUH master branch regarding this right now, as i am working on a whole overhaul of that installer myself.
