As you're already in the kiauh directory, the chmod command can be simplified.

Thank you for that improvement idea!

If you want to be very specific about that, this command is not needed at all as far as i know.
Since i push all new script files flagged as executable from my linux environment, this step actually is not needed anymore, is it?
Im just not quite sure if this step should be still included, just to be 101% sure all files are flagged as executable?

Maybe it's fine to still have it in the instructions though? What do you think?

I saw, that the files already had the right permissions. After checking the documentation, it should work. But I'm still not 100% sure, if that works in any case. So maybe leave it in, so that every - even not so experienced user - can use your script without any hassle.
