Would be nice to figure out the upgrade path such that it's easy to use nightly builds too if we want.

Currently we're using the 2019 version, mostly because that's what's installed with apt-get install -y -qq openscad on ubuntu 20.04 (link to dockerfile).

I tried getting a newer version with snap but ran into issues using that with docker.
