Update the console.log welcome message to link to work under construction at /dev-ide

Message should be:
Want a sneak peak of work under construction? https://cadhub.xyz/dev-ide
Or make a suggestion

We have a console.log to tell folks to get involved if they happen to open tho console.

As of #223 we've started working on a new ide but it's very early work far from completion, even though we figure there's no harm in adding in production, since as long there's no link to it, there's very little chance of anyone stumbling across it. But perhaps if someone finds the console.log we should show them what's under construction!
