Set Title of CadHub website #18

Currently, the title of the website is just "repo" which is the default for a Redwood app.

It's easy to fine in index.html however it set as:
<title><%= htmlWebpackPlugin.options.title %></title>
and it's not clear where the title is set for this. It should be changed to "CadHub".
If you're unable to find how to change this webpack option, the redwood docs or webpack dos should help, if not the redwood community should be able to help you, on discord or the forum.
